Two Professional Women Having a Serious Meeting in a Modern Office

About Us

Leads Way Therapeutic Services was established in April 2022 with a vision to create a behavioral health agency that does more than provide a service—we wanted to help individuals and families find a clear path forward.

The company was founded by Antreana Singleton, a social worker with extensive experience working with children, families, counseling, case management, behavioral services, school systems, and community-based programs. Through her work, Antreana saw firsthand that many families were struggling with more than behavioral or mental health concerns. Families were also dealing with financial hardships, housing instability, transportation barriers, school concerns, food insecurity, limited resources, and difficulty understanding where to go for help.

She recognized that people often needed someone who would meet them where they were, listen to what was happening in their lives, and help connect the pieces.

That belief became the foundation of Leads Way Therapeutic Services.

Since opening in April 2022, Leads Way has remained committed to helping children, adolescents, adults, and families overcome barriers, strengthen their daily lives, and connect with meaningful behavioral health and community resources. We believe that progress looks different for every person, and our goal is to help each individual identify the direction that leads toward greater stability, independence, and success.

We proudly provide our services to clients throughout South Carolina. No matter where you’re located, our team is committed to delivering reliable, professional, and personalized service.
