Antreana SingletonLicensed Social WorkerFounder & Chief Executive Officer
Antreana Singleton is a Licensed Social Worker and the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Leads Way Therapeutic Services. With more than 20 years of experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families, she has dedicated her career to helping individuals navigate behavioral, emotional, social, educational, and everyday life challenges.
Antreana earned her degree from South Carolina State University and has developed a diverse professional background in social work, behavioral health, case management, counseling support, Psychosocial Rehabilitation Services (PRS), Behavior Modification (BMOD), care coordination, and family support. She also has experience working with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and Section 504 Plans, helping children and families understand and advocate for appropriate educational and behavioral supports.
Throughout her career, Antreana has worked with individuals with a wide range of behavioral and emotional needs. Her direct experience with children and families has given her a strong understanding of how challenges at home, school, and in the community can affect a person’s overall well-being. She believes that effective support requires looking at the whole person, understanding their individual circumstances, and recognizing their strengths.
As Founder and CEO, Antreana leads Leads Way Therapeutic Services with a person-centered philosophy of meeting people where they are. She believes every individual deserves to be heard, respected, supported, and connected with services and resources that can help them achieve greater stability, independence, and personal growth.
For Antreana, serving others is more than a profession—it is her passion. Her vision for Leads Way Therapeutic Services is to create an environment where individuals and families feel supported and empowered while receiving services designed around their unique needs. Her guiding principle remains simple: meet every person where they are and help lead them toward where they want to be.

Shanan SingletonChief Operating Officer (COO)
Shanan Singleton serves as the Chief Operating Officer of Leads Way Therapeutic Services, where she provides leadership and oversight of the organization’s daily operations, administrative processes, staff support, and overall organizational effectiveness. She holds a degree in Business from Ashford University and brings a strong combination of business, healthcare, customer service, and leadership experience to her role.
With more than 10 years of experience in medical claims processing and claims adjustment, Shanan has developed extensive knowledge of healthcare-related administrative procedures, documentation, problem-solving, quality assurance, and attention to detail. Her professional background has strengthened her ability to manage complex processes, resolve concerns efficiently, and help ensure that organizational procedures are completed accurately and consistently.
Shanan also brings several years of experience working with children and families. This experience has provided her with an understanding of the importance of patience, communication, advocacy, professionalism, and creating supportive environments for children with diverse needs.
As COO, Shanan works closely with the Chief Executive Officer and leadership team to support the continued growth and development of Leads Way Therapeutic Services. Her responsibilities include helping oversee business operations, strengthening internal systems, supporting staff development, promoting accountability, improving workflow, and ensuring that the organization maintains a high standard of professionalism and client service.
Her leadership approach combines strong business practices with compassion and a commitment to serving others. Shanan is dedicated to helping Leads Way Therapeutic Services operate efficiently while maintaining its mission of providing quality, person-centered support to children, adults, and families throughout the communities it serves.
Alayah Wilborn Director of Behavioral Services & Operations
Alayah Wilborn serves as the Director of Behavioral Services & Operations at Leads Way Therapeutic Services. She holds a degree in Psychology, providing her with a strong foundation in understanding human behavior, individual needs, and behavioral development.
Alayah brings valuable knowledge and insight to the development and delivery of behavioral health services. She understands the importance of identifying the factors that influence behavior and using individualized approaches to help children, adults, and families develop positive skills, improve daily functioning, and achieve meaningful outcomes.
In her leadership role, Alayah helps oversee behavioral service operations, program implementation, staff support, service coordination, and quality improvement. She works closely with leadership and direct-care staff to promote consistency in service delivery, strengthen professional practices, and ensure individuals and families receive compassionate, person-centered support that addresses their unique needs.
Alayah is committed to creating an environment where both clients and staff feel supported, respected, and empowered to succeed. Her approach combines her knowledge of psychology with compassion, patience, accountability, and a genuine commitment to helping others.
Alayah believes meaningful change begins with understanding the individual, recognizing their strengths, and providing the right level of support to help them reach their fullest potential.

Kimberlyn CuylerOffice Manager
Kimberlyn Cuyler serves as the Office Manager at Leads Way Therapeutic Services, bringing more than 30 years of professional office and administrative experience to the organization. She has a diverse background in office management, administrative support, customer service, and day-to-day business operations.
Kimberlyn also has a background in medical assisting, which provides her with valuable experience in healthcare environments and working with clients, families, and professionals. Her extensive experience allows her to support the daily operations of Leads Way Therapeutic Services while helping ensure the office remains organized, professional, and responsive to the needs of staff and clients.
In her role as Office Manager, Kimberlyn assists with administrative coordination, office procedures, communication, documentation, and overall operational support. Her years of experience and healthcare background make her an important part of the Leads Way Therapeutic Services team.

Dr. Billie Jo Godwin, PhD, LMFTClinical Director
Dr. Billie Jo Godwin is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and experienced behavioral health professional with extensive experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families. She holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Marriage and Family Therapy from National University and a Master of Arts from Seton Hill University. She is licensed as a Marriage and Family Therapist in South Carolina and Pennsylvania.
Dr. Godwin brings more than a decade of licensed clinical experience and over 20 years of experience working with individuals experiencing behavioral, emotional, and mental health challenges. Her clinical expertise includes depression, anxiety, trauma, family and relationship concerns, ADD/ADHD, bipolar disorder, grief and loss, anger management, stress management, PTSD, OCD, and other behavioral and emotional concerns.
Her therapeutic approach is individualized, solution-oriented, supportive, and direct. She incorporates evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), and Motivational Interviewing.
As Clinical Director, Dr. Godwin provides clinical leadership, guidance, and oversight to support the delivery of ethical, effective, and high-quality behavioral health services. She is committed to supporting clinical staff, strengthening quality of care, and ensuring that services remain responsive to the individual needs of the children, adults, and families served.
Dr. Godwin believes that every person has a unique story and deserves treatment that meets them where they are. Her goal is to create a safe and supportive environment while helping individuals recognize their strengths, overcome challenges, and work toward becoming the best version of themselves.

Zykeria Graham Operations and Community Outreach Coordinator
Zykeria Graham is a dedicated Operations and Community Outreach Coordinator with experience supporting children and families navigating behavioral health challenges. Her hands-on work in the behavioral health field has strengthened her understanding of the importance of advocacy, early intervention, reliable support, and access to high-quality services and community resources.
In her leadership role, Zykeria plays an essential part in supporting the daily operations of Leads Way Therapeutic Services. She assists with program coordination, staff support, service organization, and operational processes to help ensure clients and families receive consistent, professional, and effective care.
Zykeria is also committed to strengthening the organization’s presence within the community. She works to develop and maintain positive relationships with schools, families, community organizations, and local partners while connecting individuals with resources that support their overall well-being.
Known for her professionalism, compassion, strong work ethic, and commitment to service, Zykeria is passionate about advocating for children and families, strengthening community partnerships, and helping create meaningful and lasting change in the communities she serves.
